Electricity is added to the rent and is limited to a maximum of NOK 500 per month regardless of consumption. Rooms can be rented furnished for 190 NOK extra per month. Unfurnished, there are only wardrobes in the room. Common area is furnished.
For two persons there are an extra charge of 1200 NOK per month
